Love You Much Heart Treat Cup

Happy Wednesday, everyone! Today's project features the Heart Treat Cup. They're so cute!

I made the card that you are able to get to the treats. The tab with the Satin Ribbon (love this ribbon) is where the recipient can take it out to get to the treats.

I normally don't stamp the inside of the card but the treats are making the front of the card heavy and it keeps falling forward when I stand the card up. On the left side of the card you can see a circle hole. That's where you can get the treats out when you pull the tab out from the front.

Thank you for stopping by! I enjoy reading all the wonderful comments! I'll try to make a mini tutorial to answer some questions about the pillow boxes posted here. I'm not sure when but just keep checking back!

Valentine Easel Card

Happy Monday, everyone! I finally made an easel card! It is actually very easy to make.

Side view of the easel card and here is the link for the tutorial for you to make yourself.

Love those scallop hearts! I used the Scallop Heart to Hearts Embosslits from the Occasion Mini catalogue. I also used a very cute little Sending Love Epoxy Brad which is also from the Occasion Mini. Love it! OH my, everything in the Occasion Mini is a must have! My wish list is getting longer and longer by the minute!

Here is the outside of the card when it is fold down. It measures 4-1/4"x4-1/4". You can fit this card in a regular envelope. Ah! I should have use two mini glue dots instead of the big glue dot. It is showing in the picture!

Here is the inside of the card. It is so easy to decorate with DP.

Thank you for visiting today and have a wonderful day!

Keepsake Box

Happy Saturday, everyone! A friend sent me some die cut pieces to make this box. I'm not sure what the die is called but this box is bigger than any die boxes I've made. It measures 2"H, 5"L, 3-1/2"W.

The flower on top of the box is made from the 4 Scallop Circle punch.

Here is a picture of the inside. I put a moose toy key chain in there. Isn't he cute! Love it! Wouldn't it be nice to fill this box with chocolates for your love ones for Valentine's Day? After the recipient eat all the goodies the box can a keepsake box.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great weekend! We're going to stuff more inserts into the John & Romans booklets today and after we will be going to a birthday party. Yay, party!

Note Cards Set

Happy Thursday, stampers! Wow! We stuffed 33400 inserts into the John & Romans last night! That was exciting! Jarod (my son) had so much fun! We did it together as a family with Jarod's friend and we did 9 boxes in 1.5 hours. I'm not sure how many J&R are in each box but it was fun. There were over 60 people helping. We'll try to do it again this Saturday and finish up the rest.

Today's project are some note cards with a pizza box. I made them in Kraft colour of course. lol It is for Valentine but it can be use for other occasions too like to say how much you love that special person.

Isn't this flower beautiful? It is so easy to make. You can find a video on how to make the flower here.

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

100 of Them!

Happy Wednesday, everyone! Yep! I made 100 of these pillow boxes for my sisters and nephew to give away on Valentine's Day. Aren't these cute? I'm finally finished them all and on to my next projects.

I die cut the boxes, randomly stamped with the Love You Much stamp and then punched out the hearts with the Heart to Heart punch. Stamped the sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Messages stamp set.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great day! Tonight we're going to stuff inserts into 80,000 John & Romans booklets. We'll be passing out these booklets during the Olympics. Everyone at our church will be involve. What an exciting way to serve the Lord!

ETA: Here is a question from Amy. Thought I answer the question here so everyone can read my answer too.

How do you get the box ends to stay closed? I've tried everything: glue dots, snail adhesive, ribbon, sticky strip...nothing seems to work for very long!

My ends didn't stay down after awhile too. The picture I took was when I just finished making them. I left the boxes sitting on the self for a couple of days and it started to open. I start to put the big flap inside and the little flap outside. It doesn't look to nice but it worked and the ends are still closed. Hope this helps.

Colorful Butterflies

Happy Tuesday, everyone! I'm loving the Beautiful Wings Embosslits die! Here is another card with all the butterflies.

I didn't fluff up the wings for this card. I like the way it looks flat on the card. Just a different look.

Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful day!

Happy Birthday Butterflies

Happy Monday, everyone! My DH surprised me to a dinner at Olive Garden for my birthday. Most of my family were there too. I love their food but we had to wait for 2 hours. It wasn't nice when you have 22 starving people waiting to be seated. My sisters went early at 4:30 and waited. We didn't get seated until around 6:30pm or so. Crazy isn't it? Anyway, DH also bought a beautiful bouquet of red roses, a top and a bag of Heckery Sticks Chips. It is my favourite chip. I guess that makes up for the wait at the restaurant.

Well anyway, onto the card. Here is my Kraft creation, again! I use the new Beautiful Wings Embosslits from the Occasions Mini. Love this die! I love the many shapes of butterflies and its versatility. Now I can use up the scraps of cardstock and DP I've been saving up. I stick the butterflies down with mini glue dots and bend the wings to make them stand up.

ETA: Thought I show you the roses I received from my family. Isn't it beautiful? The other flowers are the ones still alive from a customer of mine. She is so sweet! She gave me a bouquet of flowers just because she wants to. I took a picture of it to show you all when there were more flowers but couldn't find which memory card it was in and never thought of taking it again.

Thank you for stopping by! Have a great day!

Krafty Looking Card Again!

Happy Saturday, everyone! Here is another card made in Kraft colour cardstock. I love the soft look of this card and of course b/c of the blue my favourite colour.

Very simple card but the look is very pretty IRL and I think in picture too.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great weekend! Sunday is my birthday but I don't think there is anything plan for that day except going to church. Oh! There is a surprise party plan for our pastor after Sunday night service. Shhhh! Don't tell him if you know him. Yes, we share the same birthday.

Lots of Hearts Valentine Card

Good day, everyone! I can't believe it is Friday already! Time sure fly this week.

What do you think of this card? Not my normal layout. I punched the 5 hearts out with the Full Heart punch and ran the hearts through the Big Shot using the Petals a Plenty Embossing Folder. This embossing folder is not just for Christmas.

I fold the hearts in half, open them up and stick them to the card. I then added Dazzling Diamonds to the middle of each flowers on the hearts. Very pretty in person.

Thanks for stopping by!

Friend to Friend Basket

Happy Thursday, everyone! Here is a great little basket to give to someone special. I filled the basket with chocolate filled almonds. The chocolate almonds was from the wedding we attend last week. The bag was the perfect size to fit in the basket. I used the Basket and Blooms Die to make this basket. Again I used Kraft colour cardstock for my creation. I love using the Kraft colour lately. Hope you are not tire of seeing this colour.

The background was stamp with the En Francis background stamp. I love this background stamp but I have to tell you it is not a good one to use on this basket. I like things to match up and this background stamp doesn't match up on the sides. Next time I'll use a more random look background stamp for the basket.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Congratulations Shaun and Angeli!

This is the couple who got married on Friday. Despite the pouring rain it was a beautiful wedding. This was the dress I helped altered. You can't really see where I altered cause it was covered by the shawl or whatever it is called. In fact, I have no idea how it really looked on her. I gave it to her New Years Eve, she tried it on at home and said it looked good. That was the last time I saw the dress until the wedding day.

Here is a picture of the flower girl, ring boy and Hope (my youngest). They love being together so I got a picture of them. Not easy to get a good picture of them all looking especially Hope. Always fidgeting.
