Guess What...

happened on my birthday yesterday? I woke up to a smell of yummy big breakfast. My husband made an omelet for me with sausage and pancakes. Isn't he sweet? After breakfast I went to home school my children just like any other normal days. By around 2 o'clock, Martin felt a pain on his back and side. Few minutes later he was shivering and turned pale. So I rushed him to the hospital with my three children with me. We were there for two hour then Martin send us home. He stayed at the hospital.

I came home with the children and waited for Martin's call. He didn't so my friend, Martin's mom and I went back to visit him. He had a CT scan an hour before arrived. He was heavily drug to ease his pain. No result while we were there so we left. Half an hour later Martin called and told us he is being released. The result was he got a kidney stone. The good thing is that it is close to the bladder so hopefully the stone will pass soon. Please pray for Martin. He is in pain if he is off the pain killer.

So that was my special birthday present. My family did get me a present. They got me Christmas CD and a box of Lint chocolate. Yum! They're my favourite.

Have a great weekend!

Decorative Chocolate Bar

First time to decorate a chocolate bar. This was much fun and so fast to make. I took the wrapper off an Aero bar (one of my favourite) and measure the wrapper. Then I cut the designer paper according to the wrapper measurement and wrapped it around the chocolate bar. Then I wrapped a ribbon around and decorated.

My Daughter Made This

Faith Made this at my open house on Saturday. She is five and already a great stamper. Runs in the family. lol She was so excited I had the open house. She always want to stamp with me and look forward to these functions.

She did the make and take her own way. One of the make and take was a 3x3 note card using the Three for You punch set. She crazy about flower. You can guess by her card creation. She also decorated the two envelopes with flowers on them.

This was the other side of one envelope. She made a mistake by stamping the sentiment upside down so she stamped it again. She is just too cute. I forgot to take a picture of her stamping. That would make a great scrapbook page.
Thank you for stopping by.

Open House Pictures

This was the book to look cake I made. I did the middle piece of the cake pattern to make this.
I used Baroque Motif stamp around the cake pieces and Time Well Spent flower on the outside of the cake. It was fun to make these cake pieces. I also decorated the office big clippies with designer paper and put three for you flowers on it.

Close up of the single piece of cake.I filled each cake with a coupon that is worth $5-$25.

I'll post more pictures at the next post. Thanks for visiting my blog. Comments are always welcome. I love reading them.

Gift Card Holder

I would like to offer gift cards to my customers and these are the gift card holders I came up with to hold the gift card. It only uses half a sheet of 8.5"x11" cardstock, a window slot punch and a circle punch to make. And of course ribbon to tie it together. These gift card holders are so cute. Who wouldn't want one of these?

This is the front view of the gift card holder.

Christmas Gift

I would like to share this bag and a beautiful card I got from my upline Caroline. Isn't the card beautiful and the bag is perfect for carry the catalogues and other stamping stuff.

The logo on the bag is the team group name. I'm so proud to be in this team. Thanks Caroline!

She used Baroque Motif set and Peaceful Wishes set. I love both of these sets. On the bottom corner she put a rhinestone brad there. It looks better in real life. You can click on the image view in larger scale.
