Hello, everyone! This past weekend my husband and I went to the Couples Retreat hosted by our church. It was a relaxing time we look forward to every year. We had it at the Cedar Spring Christian Retreat. Love this place. It is so beautiful and peaceful. This place is far away from all the city life. We had a great time there. The food was good, the fellowships with other couples without kids around was awesome and the messages about marriage was great. We all learned something new and old to keep our marriage alive. Brother Keely and his wife from Lancaster Baptist Church was our guest speakers. They stayed another day to preach at our church on Sunday which is always nice.
Here are some pictures we took at the retreat.
A picture of the few resorts around there.
Walk way along the lake.
Beautiful mountain scene by the lake at sun down.
A water wheel behind us. Very old one.
A lovely double swings. I think that's what's called.
Being silly.
Being silly again. Our friends had a good laugh taking this picture of us.

Fall Leaves
Happy Tuesday, everyone! Beautiful Fall day today. Sunny but chilly.
I made this card for a challenge that I never entered into. I had fun making it though. I stamped the leaves from the French Foliage stamp set and cut them out. Crumble them up and adhere them onto the card. Each layer of the bow was made separately and assemble together. The rest of the card is pretty much self explanatory.
I've been busy making some awesome projects that I can't wait to show you. I'll tell you more about it another time. But for now I got to get my kids school subjects scan and send to the teacher.
Have a good day and thank you for stopping by!
Happy Stamping!

Christmas Bell
Happy Tuesday everyone! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving Day on Monday.
Here is another Christmas to add to my Christmas stash. This card measures 4-1/4" x 4-1/4". Not my usual card size that I make. I stamped the images onto a Whisper White card stock and then embossed it with a psychedelic embossing powder. This embossing powder works well with images that has lots of colours. You can see it on the bell and bow. IRL it is very pretty when it is move around in the light.
Thank you for visiting me today!

Happy Thanksgiving!
I just want to say Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadian readers. Have a blessed day.
I want to thank God for his loving kindness and all the blessings he has given to my family this year. But most of all I like to thank God for who he is.
Psalm 136
"O, give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth forever." KJV

Friends Vellum Gift Bag and Card
Hi, everyone! Good day!
I made a little gift bag with matching card. I used Vellum paper to make the bag and top it of with a Top Note Die topper. I made the flowers the same as this project here. I love the Vintage Vogue stamp set flowers. You can do so much with it. The 3D look of the flowers is beautiful!
I was going to give this to a friend but I misplace the card. ahhh! No worries though. I can always make another one. I'm going to put some treats and the card inside the bag. That's right! The card fits in the bag. Isn't that cool? Maybe I should've put the card in the bag in the first place than I wouldn't have it missing. sigh!
Thank you for stopping by today!

Winter Post Couple
Happy Wednesday everyone! Good day.
I made this card using the Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge 223. I used the Winter Post stamp set to make the card. I randomly stamped the Pretty Ink Pink card stock with the different stamps from that set. Then embossed it using the Petals-a-Plenty Embossing Folder. The embossing made the images not showing much. Not what I was looking for but it look good anyway.
The little flower was made using the Boho Blossoms punch. I punched four of the biggest flowers out of Elegant Eggplant card stock, curled the edges and fasten them with a brad. Easy pissy flower to make.
