Hello, stampers! I need a birthday card for my niece. I made this card using the Build a Blossom stamp set and the Blossom Petal Punch to make the flower. Added Jewel Rhinestones in the middle of the flower. My first time making folded ribbon across the card. I might try to gather is next time.
