Britannia Mine Museum

 Here are some pictures of the Britannia Mine Museum we went to at the end of July. Enjoy!

 Gold Panning area. It was fun panning for gold even though I didn't find any real gold.





 Wearing hard hats. Getting ready to ride a train to underground mine.


Train ride. It was dark in the mine tunnel so didn't have any good pictures of the inside of the mine. Also my camera battery died so no pictures after the mine tunnel. ( insert sad face)

Well, hope you all enjoyed some of the mine pictures and maybe visit the museum when ever you are in British Columbia.

We've driven past here a few times, on our way to Whistler, or to Squamish to see Thomas the Train, and I always want to check it out... it looks like SO much fun, and I know my boys would love it! You'll have to do a scrapbook layout of your visit with the new "I Dig You" set :)

I might scrapbook this event when I get around to it. I have not scrapbook for a long time. So behind on scrapbooking.
